A new place to connect in new and interesting ways.
I recently started using Substack Notes and I’m really enjoying this feature! As a long-form writer, I often have a lot of thoughts and ideas that I want to share with my readers but don’t always have the time or focus to write a full essay. With Substack Notes, I can share my thoughts and ideas with my readers without having to wait for a full essay. It’s also a great way to add some brevity to my writing and make it more accessible for readers who may not have the time or focus to read longer pieces.
I also like how Substack Notes opens up a door for me to connect with my readers in new ways. It’s a great way to share updates, insights and other interesting tidbits with my readers that don’t necessarily fit into a longer piece.
Finally, here are some of my most recent notes in this post so that readers can check them out and then invite them to go exploring my other notes. It’s definitely a great feature for writers who want to share their thoughts and ideas with their readers in new and interesting ways.

How to join
Head to substack.com/notes or find the “Notes” tab in the Substack app. As a subscriber to Unintuitive Discourse, you’ll automatically see my notes. Feel free to like, reply, or share them around!
You can also share notes of your own. I hope this becomes a space where every reader of Unintuitive Discourse can share thoughts, ideas, and interesting quotes from the things we're reading on Substack and beyond.
